Mr. Perry has been and still is the backbone of business development both in the domestic and international sectors. He also holds a major position in the company’s corporate policy council. Having served as the vice president and general manager of the Naval and Marine Systems division of Northrop Grumman’s Electronic Systems sector, Mr. Perry’s keen insight and business strategies would prove to be instrumental in structuring defence strategies and has the power to facilitate major change in the business policies regarding defence. Prior to joining Northrop Grumman, Perry had a distinguished career in the U.S. Navy, serving in a variety of assignments including junior submarine officer on the USS Hawkbill (SSN-666) and engineer officer on the USS Dallas (SSN-700). Such enormous experience and knowledge is certainly invaluable for a nascent and developing country as ours. Mr. Perry earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Duke University and a master’s degree in Engineering Administration from The George Washington University. He also completed the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program. Perry currently serves as a board member for Sentinels of Freedom, a non-profit organization supporting wounded warriors. A noble personality and an enlightened mind, Mr. Perry’s inputs would certainly facilitate a major overhaul in the current defence scenario of India.
